They have played a very big part in building my career as an accounts assistant. When I have started my career as a filing clerk someone told me that sky is the limit for young people. I only understood the meaning when I started working with Sterling Finance. With lots of support and motivation from the Sterling Finance family, I have realised that I am able to expand my career more than a filing clerk.”
Mike supports the initiative and added: “Whilst working with Sterling Finance, I have noticed they believe in supporting their staff with all the required training, development, and encouragement to complete their roles in order to offer an excellent client experience.”

I am very fortunate to be a part of the business. We, as a whole, do the utmost effort to make sure we treat our staff and clients as if they are own family and give them the best service possible. We also invest time in our staff and make sure they are a part of the Sterling Finance family.”
Adarsh, one of the Sterling Finance office managers said: “Our company mission is dependent on the people to continually provide exceptional client services and build long-term client relationships. The company always has a vision of life-long learning of business and personal skills. The continuous help and support I have received as seen me develop from a bookkeeper to a qualified accountant and taking on additional responsibilities. The previous award we won at the 2019 British Accountancy Awards along with this nomination is a great proud feeling because the company vision and values are being recognised in supporting and developing people who are one of if not the most important assets of any business.
