We can arrange a meeting at our office, at your business premises, or set up a telephone consultation, whichever is most convenient for you. During this meeting, we will provide you with written recommendations for the services we believe will best support your business’s growth, along with a firm estimate of our fees.

The decision is entirely yours. There’s no pressure, no ‘hard sell’, no chasing—it’s completely up to you to decide if our accountancy expertise is the right fit for your business. If you are transitioning from another accountant, we will handle all the necessary communications with your previous accountants and the tax office to ensure a smooth handover. Simply sign the authority forms, and leave the rest to us.

All client affairs are personally supervised by our Principal Practitioner, Kamlesh Rajput, who guarantees a personal service and consistently positive advice. This commitment to excellence is our promise to you.

Fixed Fees

With all new clients, we always provide an estimate of the expected fees in advance. We will always supply in writing a maximum expected fee level, so you are fully aware of the potential charges. We then do our utmost to ensure that we complete your work efficiently and keep the fees to the minimum necessary.

Fees can be paid by monthly instalments spread over the year, or over a couple of months after the work has been completed. They can also be settled in full. We now also accept payment by debit or credit card, depending on your requirements.

Personalised Service

We commit to responding to your phone calls, letters, and emails promptly—usually within minutes rather than hours. We will set a timetable for the completion of your annual accounts and, subject to the availability of information from you, will do our utmost to adhere to our promises. We take pride in never having let a client down with the late filing of a personal Self-Assessment Return and fully intend to maintain this unbeaten record.

This commitment ensures that all our clients receive a personal service they can depend on, complete with sound business advice and meticulous handling of all paperwork, accounts, and tax returns.
