Kamlesh Rajput ACCA is the founder and Managing Director of Sterling finance (UK) Limited. He is a registered practitioner of Accountancy and Financial Management. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant since April 2002. In 1982, he graduated in Accountancy from M S University, Baroda, India and thereafter he completed the Master of Commerce [M.Com.] in 1984 with specialisation in Banking & Business Finance. He was awarded the national scholarship by the Indian Council for Social Science and Research [ICSSR] to support the research work for his PhD in International Banking. He also acted as an honorary lecturer at M S University teaching Economics and Banking to Post Graduate Diploma students.

Since 1986 K B Rajput has worked in several industry including Insurance, Import-Export, Accountancy, Banking & Business and Financial Management covering India, UK, Germany, USA and Middle-East. During this period, he has worked in Foreign Exchange, Documentary Letters of Credit, Credit Control, Commercial Lending, Financial Management, Quality Assurance and Business Management. He had served as a member of Board during 1992 to 2003.
