We will work the way you want to work with meetings, by phone or letter or by email. We will arrange meetings at times to suit you.
Prompt and Proactive
We will respond to your phone calls, letters and emails promptly (usually within minutes rather than hours). We will set a timetable for the completion of your annual accounts and subject to the availability of information from you we will do our utmost to stick to our promises. We are proud that we have never let a client down with the late filing of a personal Self Assessment Return and fully intend to maintain this unbeaten record.

We are regulated by the ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Our practice licence is issued by the ACCA. We adhere to the highest standards and comply with ACCA’s regulations, including our code of ethics and conduct. We are monitored to ensure that we comply with relevant regulations and standards. We are ACCA quality checked practice.To be awarded ACCA Quality Checked, a firm has its quality controls and procedures assessed by a member of ACCA’s monitoring team. The assessment covers all the professional services the firm provides as well as how the firm manages its practice. A non-technical review is also undertaken at the firm’s offices to confirm that the quality controls and related procedures are working effectively.
Fees That Are Fair & Fixed
With all new clients we will always provide an estimate of the expected fees in advance. We will always provide in writing a maximum expected fee level so you are aware of the possible charges. We will then do our utmost to ensure that we complete your work efficiently and keep the fees to the minimum necessary. Fees can be paid by monthly instalments spread over the year or over a couple of months after the work has been completed. We can also now accept payment by debit or credit card depending on your requirements.

There is no pressure and you are welcome to the whole depth of our knowledge and experience and recommendations before you decide to appoint us. We can arrange a meeting or we will advise by telephone or email before you sign up.
We will provide you with written recommendations of the services we think you require to help grow your business together with a firm estimate of our fees.
After that, it’s up to you to decide, no pressure, no ’hard sell’, no chasing - it’s up to you to decide in your own time.
If you are changing from other accountants we will write to the accountants and the tax office to obtain all the information required to allow a smooth handover. You sign the authority forms and leave us to get on with it.
